This policy plainly explains how Hit Parade Mobile handles your information. Our principle : collect as little as possible.

1. Who we are

Hit Parade Mobile ("the app", "we") is a music game made in Québec. For any privacy-related question, write to us at contact@hitparademobile.com.

2. Information we collect

Hit Parade Mobile is designed to work without collecting personally identifiable information. In concrete terms :

  • No account required — you don't need to create a profile or provide your name or email to play.
  • Game data — your scores, games in progress and preferences (playlists, settings) are stored locally on your device.
  • Clip playback — the app streams short music clips for the purposes of the game.

3. Technical and statistical data

Depending on your device, the app stores (App Store, Google Play) may share aggregated, anonymous statistics with us (number of downloads, crashes, OS version). This data cannot identify you.

4. Use of information

The data above is used solely to :

  • run the game and keep your progress on your device ;
  • improve stability and fix technical issues ;
  • develop new playlists and features.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell and do not rent your information. The only third parties involved are the platform providers (Apple, Google) in connection with distributing the app, under their own privacy policies.

6. Children

Hit Parade Mobile is suitable for a broad audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Retention and deletion

Since your game data stays on your device, you can erase it at any time by deleting the app. No action is required on our part.

8. Your rights

In accordance with applicable laws (including Québec's Law 25), you have rights of access and rectification regarding your personal information. As we hold none on our servers, such requests mainly concern data stored locally on your device.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
